Singer/songwriter Lilly Hiatt was born in Los Angeles, California, but grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, where she lived with her singer/songwriter father John Hiatt.
After attending the University of Denver, she moved back to Nashville with her newly formed band Shake Go Home. While the band released several EPs, Hiatt ultimately went in another direction.
She released her debut album Let Down in 2012 and her second Royal Blue in 2015. Two years later, she released her third album Trinity Lane. In 2018, she was nominated for Emerging Artist of the Year at the Americana Music Awards.
Hiatt released her fourth album Walking Proof in 2020.
