After another fantastic year in Nashville, Tennessee, AMERICANAFEST will return to venues across Music City once again for its 24th installment, running September 17-21, 2024.

As we inch closer and closer to one of Americana fans' favorite weeks of the year, organizers have already given us plenty to look forward to with the first wave of artists that we can expect to see.

Among the big hitters in the first round of performers are Shane Smith & the Saints, Wonder Women of Country, The Bones of J.R. Jones, Hiss Golden Messenger, Margo Cliker and Sarah Shook & the Disarmers, among others.

There's plenty more where those came from, though, with appearances already scheduled for some of the genre's newer faces, including Vincent Neil Emerson, Calder Allen, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Harper O'Neill, The Kody Norris Show, Lizzie No, Noeline Hofmann and Wyatt Ellis, who will all take to various stages across town throughout the week.

Beyond that, AmericanaFest has already unveiled that there will be a handful of special events throughout the event, including a set from Earl Jam: A Tribute to Earl Scruggs and an entirely acoustic set from John Oates.

Additionally, beloved band The Lone Bellow will be performing with the Nashville Symphony, while Nathaniel Rateliff will play at Ascend Amphitheater. These will be ticketed events, with more details to come.

On tap during the explosive 2023 edition were the likes of Adeem the Artist, Amythyst Kiah, Bella White, Brit Taylor, Colby Acuff, Cole Chaney, Gabe Lee, J.R. Carroll and one of Americana's newest prodigies Jake Kohn.

Also on the bill for performances throughout the city were Joshua Quimby, Kaitlin Butts, Logan Halstead, Maggie Rose, Matt Koziol, Nat Myers, Nick Shoulders, Nolan Taylor, The Panhandlers, Sarah Jarosz, Tanner Usrey and more than a hundred others.

The much-loved festival gathers thousands of Americana admirers from all over the world to celebrate the melting pot of the genre's influences, including roots, folk, country, blues and soul-based music.

Bringing together legendary artists, the next generation of rising stars, fans and industry professionals, the multi-day event features numerous panels, seminars, exclusive day time performances, nightly showcases and more.

Also slated during the jam-packed week of AMERICANAFEST programming is the annual Americana Honors & Awards, traditionally serving as the event's kick-off.
