In its more than two decades, AMERICANAFEST has become one of the most beloved events of the year for music lovers far and wide.
Rolling into the famed venues of Nashville, Tennessee, the week-long festival brings the unique opportunity to see more than 200 of the genre's biggest and brightest talents taking the stage, all in one bustling area code.
Marking its highly-anticipated 25th edition in 2025, AMERICANAFEST is slated to return to Music City once again from September 9-13 for another phenomenal slate of Americana artists from all across the globe.
Among the first round of performers announced for this year's event are Amanda Shires, The Band Loula, Buffalo Nichols, Clay Street Unit, Evan Bartels, Jack Van Cleaf, Jesse Daniel, Joshua Ray Walker, Kashus Culpepper, Ron Pope, Troubadour Blue, Willi Carlisle and Zandi Holup.
Meanwhile, The Secret Sisters & Maggie Rose will offer a special performance at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center with the Nashville Symphony on September 9, while country music icon Dwight Yoakam also brings The Cosmic Roundup & Rodeo tour to Ascend Amphitheater with special guests Shooter Jennings & The Werewolves of Los Angeles and Ben Haggard.

Organizers gave 2024 attendees plenty to look forward to with big hitters like Shane Smith & the Saints, Wonder Women of Country, Nathaniel Rateliff, Waxahatchee, Robert Earl Keen and a long list of others all making appearances across the city.
With nearly 250 performers in total last year, there was never a dull moment as some of the genre's newer faces, including Vincent Neil Emerson, Calder Allen, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Harper O'Neill, Kade Hoffman, Lizzie No, Noeline Hofmann and Waylon Wyatt, all took to various stages across Nashville and its surrounding neighborhoods.
As always kicked off by the annual Americana Honors & Awards, the 2024 ceremony saw The Red Clay Strays named Emerging Act of the Year, Larkin Poe awarded Duo/Group of the Year, Grace Bowers accepting the Instrumentalist of the Year, Brandy Clark claiming Song of the Year ('Dear Insecutiry' featuring Brandi Carlile) and Sierra Ferrell take home the trophies for Album of the Year (Trail of Flowers) and the biggest honor of the night, Artist of the Year.
The much-loved festival gathers thousands of Americana admirers from all over the world to celebrate the melting pot of the genre's influences, including roots, folk, country, blues and soul-based music.
Bringing together legendary artists, the next generation of rising stars, fans and industry professionals alike, the multi-day event features numerous panels, seminars, exclusive day time performances, nightly showcases and more.
