Anne Wilson gave a 6-year-old fan one of the best birthday surprises she could ask for during her St. Louis, Missouri show this weekend. Wilson invited Mary-Tyler on-stage to give her a special present and lead a venue-wide ‘Happy Birthday’ sing-a-long. The ‘Still Do’ crooner was headlining Stifel Theatre as part of her Stars Tour.

As the ‘Stars’ hitmaker fondly recalled before bringing her out, Wilson came across a heartwarming video of Mary-Tyler sharing her excitement ahead of her 6th birthday party. Mary-Tyler wanted it to be themed around Wilson's hit single, ‘My Jesus’.

Wilson explains to the packed-out crowd, “I don't know how many of y'all have seen this video, but there was this precious little girl that posted this video - her parents posted it - and it went viral. And it was her talking about inviting me to her 6th birthday party”.

Then, Wilson puts the original video of Mary-Tyler up on the big screen, “This year is my golden birthday party and I want to have a “Let me tell you ‘bout my Jesus” birthday party”.

After asking Mary-Tyler if she could be “brave” and join Wilson on-stage, the Kentucky native kindly outlines how, as she can't be present at her party, she thought she could make up for it by giving her fan a moment to cherish forever at this show, “Well we wanted to make your birthday special ‘cause I can't come to your birthday party, ‘cause I have a show. But we're gonna celebrate it here, is that okay?”

It's a moving video that captures the wholesome, joyful and faith-filled spirit that always permeates Wilson's shows, with Mary-Tyler smiling jubilantly throughout the entire clip.

Wilson is currently in the middle of her widely popular Stars Tour, with the ‘Rain in the Rearview’ singer-songwriter set to bring her catalogue of soul-stirring anthems across The Pond this summer for the first time, with eagerly anticipated performances lined up at the UK's Long Road Festival and Big Church Festival.
