Tim McGraw surprised the crowd at his recent Jones Beach show in New York by bringing out his daughter, Audrey McGraw, to pay tribute to her mother, Faith Hill, with a stunning rendition of ‘Stronger’. Hill released the song as part of her 2002 opus, Cry.

It's not the first time Audrey has joined Tim for a performance, with the up-and-coming singer-songwriter showcasing her powerhouse vocals whenever she takes the stage.

Shortly after the show, Audrey took to Instagram to underline how much it meant to her getting to sing one of her mother's most iconic songs during her father's concert.

Audrey gushed, “I don’t have words to express the honor I feel to sing my mama’s song last night, and for it to be at dad’s show. To be your daughter is an infinite gift”.

The ‘Purple Flowers’ crooner went on, “I love y’all so much, I am always so proud and so inspired by you. Thank you for sharing this crazy life with us. Proud to be a road dawg forever”, before showing love to Tim's band, “Plus The dance hall doctors, baby!!!! The sickest band out there!! Hell yeah. Family always. Love y’all”.

In a separate post accompanying a photo of her and Tim backstage, Audrey underlined, “LOVE YOU DAD!!! Jone’s Beach rocked! Thanks for having me out there. So proud of you”.

Tim is currently in the middle of his expansive Pawn Shop Guitar Tour, with the Louisiana country legend making a point of giving away a locally sourced pawn shop guitar to a young fan at every show, in the hope that it helps spark their love of the music.

Tim recalls during the concert that this is how he got his own start in the industry, with the ‘Don't Take The Girl’ hitmaker widely expected to name his new album Pawn Shop Guitar. Next up, Tim headlines Fenway Park with The Chicks, Lady A, 49 Winchester and Timothy Wayne, and we'll be keeping our fingers crossed we get an on-stage duet from Tim and Faith at some point in the near future.
