Caleb Williams Shows Love to Ella Langley, Shaboozey, Noah Kahan, Drake and More on ‘Madden NFL ‘27: Iceman Edition’ Playlist

Chicago Bears’ Quarterback Caleb Williams has curated a special Madden NFL ‘27: Iceman Edition playlist, with players now able to listen to all songs as part of the game's soundtrack.

The star-studded playlist features a genre-blurring array of tracks, and given the fact that Williams’ nickname of ‘The Iceman’ is shared by Toronto rapper, Drake, it's perhaps unsurprising to see the ‘God's Plan’ hitmaker included throughout the collection.

Drizzy appears ten times in the playlist, with one of the stand-outs from 2026's ICEMAN album, ‘Shabang’, heading things up, along with another heater from that project, ‘Firm Friends’. Williams also shows love to some other fan-favourites in Drake's catalogue, such as ‘Charged Up’, ‘30 for 30 Feestyle’, ‘6 Man’ and ‘Draft Day’.

Williams sprinkles some country and folk earworms into the mix, too, with Ella Langley's record-breaking Lone-Star-State-inspired hit, ‘Choosin’ Texas’, making the cut, alongside one of the many gems from Noah Kahan's Stick Season era, ‘Dial Drunk’.

Shaboozey's genre-bending, Wild-West-themed collaboration with Gunna, ‘High Noon’, is also included in this Madden ‘27 playlist by Williams, with the NFL star making a point of showcasing an eclectic, varied range of songs from a multitude of genres.

Additionally, game-players can listen to iconic songs like ‘XO TOUR Llif3’ by Lil Uzi Vert, ‘No Problem’ by Chance the Rapper, ‘Holiday’ by Green Day’ and ‘Levels’ by Avicii. There are also modern anthems like Miley Cyrus’ ‘Bass Persuades’, KAYSEYE's ‘Gnarly’, Zara Larsson's ‘Midnight Sun’ and ADÉLA's ‘Nicole Kidman’.

It's refreshing to see such a far-ranging mix of styles and artists represented in Williams’ Madden NFL ‘27: Iceman Edition playlist, with the football phenom highlighting his expansive music taste, with country toe-tappers sitting next to EDM floor-fillers.

Hip-Hop is undoubtedly the dominant genre, with Williams demonstrating how deep his knowledge of Drake's discography goes, but also how well-versed he is with the modern trap and rap scene, spotlighting some well-known tracks alongside deeper cuts. The playlist is available to listen to in-game, as well as on streaming platforms.
