Lauren Watkins Drops Two New Tunes, 'Settling Things' and 'Burn The Bridge', From Her 'Heartbreak Supper Club Sessions'

Lauren Watkins says she's hard at work on new music, but it's been difficult for the 'Anybody But You' star to conceal the fruits of her labor. Lucky for us, she's shared two new songs with fans, titled 'Settling Things' and 'Burn The Bridge.'

"I am so excited about this song i just couldn’t wait any longer to share it," she wrote of 'Settling Things' in a post on Instagram, which featured a snippet of her performing the dreamy acoustic number.

"I’ve been working on so much new music and it’s getting so tough to keep it all in… so here’s another new one!" she shared of 'Burn The Bridge' in another post. A song full of tidbits of sharpened wisdom, she described the recording as "a little acoustic guitar and pedal steel version of a bittersweet song i wrote with my friends (and future husband). I hope y’all love it!!"

The two previously unreleased tracks were recorded during her Heartbreak Supper Club Sessions, which followed the artist's three-night Heartbreak Supper Club residency at the Music City dive, Springwater Supper Club & Lounge, and the lower Broadway haunt, Barstool Nashville.

The three-night stint was held in support of her late 2023 release, the 6-song EP Introducing: The Heartbreak and follow-up to her debut EP, Introducing: Lauren Watkins.

This year has already seen her offer up even more new music. At the C2C Festival in London, the artist performed her unreleased ‘Mama I Made It’, and will likely be sharing more of what's to come while on the road with Morgan Wallen this spring.
