The Yellowstone spin-off, 'Marshals' returns for Season 2 on 4th October, with Luke Grimes back as Kayce Dutton
The series launched earlier this year and follows Kayce as he leaves ranch life behind and joins the US Marshals unit in Montana, bringing together his cowboy background and Navy SEAL experience. Yellowstone might be over, but Marshal’s has kept plenty of Yellowstone alive, with Tate Dutton, Thomas Rainwater and Mo all returning.
Season 1 found an audience too, Marshals became CBS’s No. 1 new broadcast series and averaged 20.4 million multi-platform viewers across its first eight episodes, so a second season was pretty inevitable.
There’s also another familiar face joining the mix this time around. Jefferson White will return as Jimmy Hurdstrom in a recurring role, bringing one of Yellowstone’s most loved characters back. Exactly how Jimmy fits into Kayce’s new life is still being kept quiet, but his return gives Season 2 another strong link back to Yellowstone.
'Marshals' Season 2 premieres on CBS on 4th October and will also stream on Paramount+.
