WATCH: Megan Moroney Brings Out Avery Anna for ’Am I Okay?’ Performance During Final Show of 2025 - and Now We Need the Collab

During her final show of the year, Megan Moroney treated Melbourne to a surprise duet with Avery Anna, with the two pals delivering an energising rendition of ‘Am I Okay?’ Both artists were performing at Australia's Ridin’ Hearts Festival 2025.

With Moroney and Anna also linking up backstage for a playful lip-sync to 4 Non Blondes’ iconic anthem, ‘What's Up’, we're hoping the duo might be preparing to translate their close friendship and on-stage chemistry into a studio collaboration.

Their confetti-adorned performance of ‘Am I Okay?’ was permeated by a warm sense of camaraderie, with the unexpected duet adding an extra sheen of lustre to the set - which felt fitting, given the fact that this is Moroney's last show of 2025.

The ’Tennessee Orange’ singer-songwriter continues to tease her eagerly anticipated third album (which we suspect might be called ‘Cloud 9’ - here's why). As a result, this could also be the final show of Moroney's beloved Am I Okay? era.

With Moroney confirming during recent interviews that her third album is completed, and is believed to currently be in the process of being mixed and mastered, we're keeping our fingers crossed crossed that Anna has made her way onto the tracklist.

Anna tends to lean towards a more punk-rock, Olivia Rodrigo-esque sound, while Moroney sticks closely to her classic country-pop aesthetic, but regardless of this disparity, we think these premier songsmiths would cook up some heat if they hit the studio together. With an announcement regarding MM3 seemingly imminent, we'll be keeping a close eye on the tracklist when it eventually drops...
