As Drake's Iceman sculpture in Toronto slowly melts and we inch towards a release date for the rapper's new album, we think we might have found the strongest indication yet that Morgan Wallen is set to appear on the keenly anticipated project.

As we've been excitedly documenting over the past year or so, Drake and Wallen have been repeatedly showing love to one another as rumours have grown that they have a joint track up their sleeve. Now, in an unassuming Instagram post by one of Drake's go-to collaborators and close affiliates, Octavian, we think we've spotted proof that Wallen has been spending time at Drake's Houston ranch.

Wallen recently emerged from his self-declared “hibernation” as he returned to the road for his 2026 Still the Problem Tour, and judging by Octavian's post - which is dated March 19th - it seems the Sneedville native travelled to Drake's ranch during this time off.

In Octavian's post, photo No. 6 shows the artist - who produced much of Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR's stellar 2025 album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, under his O Lil Angel alias - taking a picture of himself in a mirror at a home bar. Leaning on the counter next to him is a moustachioed man with a camo cap that fans are 99% sure is Wallen.

The accompanying caption, two blocks of ice, hints at Drake's new album, Iceman. Putting two and two together, we think this is the latest clue that Wallen is on the project.

And just in case there were any doubts about whether this photo was indeed taken at Drake's Houston ranch, we scoured some images in a Resident article showcasing some of the interiors of the property, which is called ‘The Inn at Dos Brisos’.

There's one picture of a lounge area, featuring a wooden bar with a mirror, and if you look closely, the design and decor of the bar exactly matches that of Octavian's photo. This seemingly confirms Octavian and the man we're pretty confident is Wallen were hanging out at Drake's ranch in Houston. What's more, the convoy of Range Rovers in photo No. 5 appear to have Texas number plates. It's widely known that Drake has been recording part of Iceman in Houston, and if Wallen was in town, this surely hints that the duo were working on new music together.

Now, as we outlined in our previous deep-dive on Wallen and Drake's rumoured collaboration, this conjecture has been flying around online ever since they teamed up for the so-called ‘6 God’s explosive ‘You Broke My Heart’ music video in December 2023.

Then, last summer Drake joined Wallen for his Houston walk-out, with Drizzy then paying homage to the ‘Last Night’ chart-topper by donning a Wallen-themed jersey at his Berlin show. Many of the rumours have revolved around the theory that the country titan's I'm the Problem ‘Interlude’ is being extended with a Drake feature.

The fact that ‘Interlude’ was positioned at Track 6 on a 37-song album raised eyebrows when I'm the Problem first dropped, but we think this was a strategic move from Wallen, and that he's been teasing a Drake link-up from the get-go. The number ‘6’ has always been associated with Drake, with the Canadian rapper often referring to himself as ‘the 6 God’, while his 2016 album Views was originally called Views from the 6, as a reference to his beloved home-city of Toronto. ‘Interlude’s placement at Track 6, therefore, could have been an easter egg all along.

The state of play at the moment is that, once Drake's Iceman sculpture in Toronto melts in a few days’ time and the release date at the centre is revealed, we'll know more.

Hopefully, Drake will drop the feature-list alongside the release date, and then we'll finally know for certain whether we're getting a genre-blurring collaboration with Wallen. Drake is one No. 1 away from surpassing Michael Jackson's Billboard chart record, and given Wallen's status as one of the most prolific chart-toppers on the Hot 100, this link-up would be a surefire No. 1. The timing couldn't be better, and we're keeping our fingers crossed the official reveal comes soon...
