Morgan Wallen's 'You Proof' has officially moved up the ranks in the eyes of the RIAA - making it the 20th country song to ever be certified diamond.

The upbeat third single from Wallen's One Thing At A Time album received its official diamond status from the RIAA, marking a momentous achievement for Wallen, as the song is his sixth to be certified at the RIAA's highest honor.

'You Proof,' famously known for blending Wallen's pop music tendencies with both country flair and hip-hop beats, soared country airplay charts since its release on May 13th, 2022, and saw exposure on both country and pop radio. Similarly, the song is one of Wallen's most streamed singles due to feats such as 717 million streams in the U.S. alone, and nearly 973 million streams on streaming platforms such as Spotify.

With popularity such as this, it can be safe to say streaming numbers had a huge hand in all the different types of ways a unit is earned, with every 150 streams bringing the track 1 unit closer to its 10,000,000-unit status - earning the prestigious diamond title. Along with the numbers accumulated in the past four years, it would be no shock or small feat if the '7 Summers' crooner was well on his way to adding another Spotify Billions Club entry to the accomplishments this single has been decorated with.
