It seems that Post Malone has been spending time both in the studio and on set recently, with the 'Better Now' crooner teasing a music video to pair with his long-awaited 'Chrome Heartbreaker' tune.

The video features a camera view of Post bopping and rapping along to the song. As it appears, the recording was taken in the midst of shooting takes for the mysterious music video.

As Post seemingly paces around the set, almost nonchalantly, it seems like he's getting some of those video-shooting jitters out, while also processing that he's about to give fans their first-ever visual to his new era; something on the production end for them to spectate.

The short clip also gives further insight to the overall feel of the song. Judging from what we currently know, 'Chrome Heartbreaker' is a feel-good, self-confident and rather flashy tune; where Post blends his personal pride with his happy-go-lucky personality.

This being said, Post standing under bright lights looking too cool and having genuine fun with the track doesn't feel too far off from the energy the song gives. But of course, we don't know the full extent of the video's production just yet, but what we do know is that the teaser may be a tell that 'Chrome Heartbreaker' may finally be released soon.

Post began teasing 'Chrome Heartbreaker' in July, posting a clip of the song across socials. Later that week, the 'White Iverson' hitmaker performed the trap-infused song at the FIFA World Cup Final Closing Ceremony.

Since then, Post has been teasing his upcoming The Eternal Buzz album, which of course, we can only expect 'Chrome Heartbreaker' to make a valuable appearance on, most likely as a leading single. On that note, fans are anticipating Post to return to his roots with a playful, trap beat and rap inspired record.

While many older fans of Post are rather ecstatic about this, other country fans aren't ready for him to end his country era, which was officially launched with the release of F-1 Trillion and F-1 Trillion Long Bed (2024). It's worthy to note, however, that the anticipated Eternal Buzz album is expected to be a double-sided record with each side containing 20 songs. Of course, we know how much Post values both country and rap as genres, so the idea of the record containing a little bit of both, is entirely feasible.
