WATCH: Shaboozey Crashes ERNEST's Performance of ‘Flower Shops’ in Nashville

During his hit-filled set at last night's Whiskey Jam x Country Central show at Nashville's SkyDeck, ERNEST was briefly joined by an enthused Shaboozey for his ‘Flower Shops’ finale.

As ERNEST serenaded the adoring crowd with his heartbroken, steel-drenched ode, which originally features Morgan Wallen, Shaboozey emerged from side-stage on the ground level.

As he excitedly sang along from the front of the crowd, Shaboozey made his way to the centre and caught ERNEST's eye, with ERN then handing the ‘A Bar Song (Tipsy)’ crooner his mic.

The duo have been pals for a while, with ERNEST sharing a photo alongside the ‘Drink Don't Need No Mix’ singer-songwriter back in December and poking fun at Trent Willmons’ CMA Awards gaff, sharing the tongue-in-cheek caption, “Kickin’ (it with) Shaboozey”.

Some suspected Wallen might be the one to join ERNEST for ‘Flower Shops’, but the ‘Last Night’ chart-topper was across town at the Ryman Auditorium performing at Darius Rucker's Darius & Friends concert, benefiting St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Elsewhere during his enchanting set, ERNEST treated the audience to playful, swaggering renditions of fan-favourites such as ’Why Dallas’ and his current single, ‘Would If I Could’.

Attendees were also able to sing along to a live-wire, crowd-pleasing performance of Post Malone and Morgan Wallen's ‘I Had Some Help’, one of the many songs from Post's debut country album, F-1Trillion, that ERNEST had a hand in creating.
