It's finally here! Country icon Shania Twain opens up for Harry Styles during his 12-show stretch at London's Wembley Stadium. The run kicks off on June 12th, with Shania set to take the stage around 6:55pm - but start times, as always, are subject to change.
With her seventh album on the way and a new single already-released, we're expecting Shania to treat attendees to some material from her forthcoming project, Little Miss Twain.
We think it's safe to say, for instance, that the Canadian hitmaker will keep her latest release, ‘Dirty Rosie’, in the setlist. Shania performed this track during her Shackleton Arms pop-up show in London last week, and it sets the tone for the new record, with the global chart-topper exploring a slightly grungier, Southern Rock-inspired sound.
With Shania opening for Harry, her set will inevitably be on the shorter side. Shania comes on at 6:55pm and Harry doesn't start his headline set until 8:15pm, so we reckon Shania will have the best part of an hour to serenade the packed-out crowd.
If you're lucky enough to be heading to one of Harry and Shania's Wembley Stadium shows, then you can expect all the biggest hits, such as ‘Man! I Feel Like a Woman’, ‘That Don't Impress Me Much’, ‘You're Still the One’, ‘Any Man of Mine’ and many more.
Shania possesses an arsenal of feel-good country-pop anthems second to none, and the ‘Queen of Me’ crooner will no doubt ensure the energy is sky-high ahead of Harry's set. Plus, with 12 nights on the books at Wembley, this leaves plenty of room for experimentation, and we imagine Shania might switch up her setlist from show to show - as well as hopefully coming out with Harry for another stellar duet.
They famously performed ‘Man! I Feel Like a Woman!’ and ‘You're Still the One’ at Coachella back in 2022, and we think this could be the perfect opportunity to run it back...
