One of the many qualities we love most about Tim McGraw is how supportive he is of his family, with the ‘Where the Green Grass Grows’ hitmaker regularly taking to social media to praise his daughters - Gracie, Audrey and Maggie - in their various pursuits.

Usually, public figures of McGraw's stature would have their socials kept tightly on lock by their management, so it's endearing and refreshing to see the ‘Poet's Resumé’ singer-songwriter using his channels in the same way any proud parent would.

Most recently, for instance, McGraw has reshared a video of Gracie delivering an evocative mash-up of Rihanna's ‘Love on the Brain’ and Chappell Roan's ‘Picture You’. Gracie was performing at Joe's Pub in New York alongside a full band, with the arrangement being thought up by the up-and-coming artist and her pianist, Jacob Yates.

McGraw has shared a clip of Gracie's innovative performance of the two pop anthems, underlining how it served as an emotional watch, “We had a blast (and a few tears) catching our oldest girl Gracie’s show at Joes Pub in NYC a few weeks ago!”

Gracie has established herself as a respected actor, having appeared in a number of stage productions, as well as the popular If Loving You is Wrong series and the forthcoming Tox movie. Judging by this clip, as well as being a talented actor, Gracie has also inherited the vocal prowess of her parents, McGraw and Faith Hill. Gracie famously guested on McGraw's ‘Here Tonight’ in 2015, one of the many stand-outs from the latter's lauded Damn Country Music studio album.

Just recently, Gracie delivered a moving performance as part of the PBS Special, American Heart in WWI: A Carnegie Hall Tribute, in honour of Veteran's Day this year. Similarly to her Rihanna and Chappell mash-up, this showcased Gracie's commanding vocals, and the emotional intricacy she laces into every line.

McGraw, meanwhile, is gearing up to kick off his eagerly anticipated Las Vegas residency this week, with the ‘Humble and Kind’ chart-topper set to take the stage at The Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace. McGraw has stepped in for Dolly Parton, who was forced to postpone her residency due to health issues back in September.
