C2C Festival have announced that the 2021 event is cancelled. With ongoing issues surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic, the organisers of the annual country music festival have stated that the restrictions on mass gatherings and international travel make this year's event untenable.

In a statement posted across their social media channels, the festival states, "We could never have foreseen the extent of what has unfolded and the prospect that we would be without C2C for 2 years running was unthinkable. We are devastated that we are unable to deliver you the event that we all love".

Plans for 2022 are already in the pipeline, with dates for next year's event confirmed as 11-13 March 2022.

Tickets from this year's event remain valid for the following year, with the festival encouraging ticket holders to retain their tickets, but if they wish for a refund to contact their ticket vendor.

2020's event was cancelled in March last year. Eric Church, Darius Rucker, Luke Combs, Tenille Townes, Willie Jones, Kassi Ashton and Tanya Tucker were all set to play the event. With the cancellation of this year's festival, the line-up for 2022 is unannounced.
