OFFICIAL RULES
1. The Promoter
1.1 The promoter and administrator of the Competition is HYBE America Inc., 2110 Colorado Avenue, Suite 200, Santa Monica, CA 90404 USA (the “Promoter”).
1.2 The prize is being provided with the support of Holler Media Ltd, of 82 Great Eastern Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 3JF (together, the “Prize Providers”).
1.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, HYBE America Inc. are providing components of the Prize and are responsible for administering the Competition, Holler Media Limited are responsible for verifying entries and selecting the winner.
1.4 Questions concerning the Competition or these Official Rules may be directed to heythere@holler.country.
2. The Competition
2.1 The title of the competition is the Jackson Dean Canada Tour 2026 Instagram Giveaway (the “Competition”).
2.2 Three eligible entrants will be selected by random draw for the opportunity to win the Prize described in section 5.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
2.4 To receive one standard entry, an entrant must complete all of the following actions during the Competition Period:
(a) like the Competition post published by @hollercountry on Instagram;
(b) follow @hollercountry, @thejacksondean and @bluehighwaycanada on Instagram;
(c) comment the city of the show you wish to attend on the Competition post (e.g ‘MONTREAL’) and tag three friends in the same comment.
2.5 A maximum of one entry per person is permitted:
(a) one standard entry for completing all the actions in section 2.4
2.6 Additional comments, tags, follows or Story shares will not result in additional entries.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Competition will open at 12:00AM Eastern Time on Friday, August 28, 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and will close at 11:59PM Eastern Time on Monday, August 31, 2026 (the “Closing Date”). The period between the Opening Date and Closing Date is the “Competition Period”.
3.2 All entry requirements must be completed before the Closing Date. Entries received or completed after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
3.3 To receive one standard entry, an entrant must complete all three entry requirements set out in section 2.4 before the Closing Date.
3.4 Only one standard entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of comments submitted or Instagram accounts tagged.
3.5 Entrants must ensure that their Instagram username and entry remain visible and capable of verification until the winner has been confirmed.
3.6 Entrants must continue following @hollercountry, @thejacksondean and @bluehighwaycanada until the winner has been verified.
3.7 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of:
(a) technical, communications or network failure;
(b) Instagram settings or account restrictions;
(c) software, server, device or Internet malfunction;
(d) an entrant’s account being private where the required evidence has not been provided; or
(e) any other circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
3.8 Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not constitute proof that the entry was received or verified by the Promoter.
3.9 By entering the Competition, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Competition is open worldwide to individuals who, at the time of entry, are aged 18 years or over and have reached the age of majority in their country, state, province or territory of residence, except where participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4.2 Entrants must be legally able to travel to either Toronto, Ontario, Ottawa, Ontario or Montréal, Québec, Canada and attend the Jackson Dean show on the dates specified in these Terms. The winner is responsible for obtaining any required passport, visa, travel authorisation or other documentation. Travel and any other costs not expressly included in the Prize description are the winner’s responsibility.
4.3 Entrants must have:
(a) a valid Instagram account;
(b) access to the Internet; and
(c) the legal capacity to enter and accept the Prize.
4.4 The Competition is not open to:
(a) employees, directors or officers of the Promoter or the Prize Providers;
(b) employees, directors or officers of any agency, contractor, supplier or organisation professionally connected with the Competition or its administration;
(c) members of the immediate family of any person described in sections 4.4(a) or 4.4(b); or
(d) any person living in the same household as a person described in sections 4.4(a) or 4.4(b).
4.5 For the purposes of section 4.4, “immediate family” includes a spouse, common-law partner, parent, child, sibling and the spouse or common-law partner of any such person.
4.6 By entering the Competition, each entrant confirms that they are eligible to enter and eligible to accept the Prize.
4.7 The Promoter may require an entrant or potential winner to provide reasonable evidence of their:
(a) identity;
(b) age;
(c) province or territory of residence;
(d) Instagram account ownership; and
(e) compliance with these Official Rules.
4.8 The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by a computer, bot, script or other automated process;
(b) submitted through multiple, false or fraudulent Instagram accounts;
(c) submitted by a third party or through a bulk-entry service;
(d) incomplete, illegible or incapable of verification;
(e) altered, forged or tampered with;
(f) submitted using another person’s identity or account without permission; or
(g) otherwise submitted in breach of these Official Rules or Instagram’s applicable rules.
4.9 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
(a) tampers or attempts to interfere with the entry or winner-selection process;
(b) acts fraudulently or dishonestly;
(c) harasses, threatens or abuses another entrant, the Promoter or a Prize Provider;
(d) submits content that is unlawful, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate; or
(e) otherwise acts contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
5. The Prize
5.1 There are three prize packages available (the “Prize”).
5.2 The Prize consists of:
(a) two general-admission tickets to one of Jackson Dean's shows, valid for Toronto, Ontario on the 2nd September, Ottawa, Ontario on the 4th September, or Montreal, Québec on the 6th September;
(b) two places at a Jackson Dean meet-and-greet experience, one for the winner and one guest.
5.3 The approximate retail values of the Prize components are:
(a) Jackson Dean tickets plus meet-and-greet experience: C$250.00 each.
5.4 If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the approximate retail value stated in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded in cash or by any other means.
5.6 Unless expressly included in section 5.2, the Prize does not include:
(a) flights, rail travel, fuel or any other transportation to or from Toronto, Ottawa or Montréal;
(b) transportation between the winner’s home, hotel, festival site or meet-and-greet location;
(c) parking;
(d) meals or beverages;
(e) travel insurance;
(f) passports, visas or other travel documentation;
(g) hotel room upgrades;
(h) room service, minibar charges or hotel incidentals;
(i) hotel security deposits or payment-card authorisations;
(j) merchandise;
(k) personal expenses;
(l) applicable taxes or fees not expressly included; or
(m) any other cost or expense not specifically identified as part of the Prize.
5.7 Hotel room taxes and mandatory hotel fees are included
5.8 The winner and guest are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from Toronto, Ottawa or Montréal.
5.9 The winner and guest must be available to attend the Jackson Dean show and the meet-and-greet on the dates specified by the Promoter and Prize Providers.
5.10 The winner may be required to:
(a) present valid government-issued photographic identification when collecting concert tickets or attending the meet-and-greet;
(e) comply with all concert, artist, venue, security requirements.
5.11 The winner and guest must attend and use the relevant Prize components together unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter or Prize Providers.
5.12 The guest must satisfy any age, identification, admission and eligibility requirements imposed by the artist or venue.
5.13 If the guest is under the age of majority, the guest must:
(a) be permitted to attend under the applicable concert and venue rules;
(b) have the consent of their parent or legal guardian; and
(c) provide any release or consent documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter or Prize Providers.
5.14 The Jackson Dean meet-and-greet is subject to:
(a) artist availability;
(b) production and scheduling requirements;
(c) venue and concert rules;
(d) security arrangements; and
(e) cancellation, delay or alteration at the discretion of the artist, artist representatives, concert or venue.
5.15 The format, duration and content of the meet-and-greet are determined by the artist, venue and their representatives. Photography, recording, autographs or any particular interaction with the artist are not guaranteed.
5.16 If the meet-and-greet is cancelled or becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the remaining Prize components may still be awarded. No cash compensation will be provided for the cancelled component, although the Promoter may offer a substitute at its discretion and where permitted by law.
5.17 Concert tickets are subject to availability, capacity, admission, booking and security requirements.
5.18 If any Prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize or experience of equal or greater approximate value where reasonably possible and permitted by applicable law.
5.19 The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is:
(a) not transferable;
(b) not refundable;
(c) not exchangeable for cash or credit;
(d) not available for resale; and
(e) not capable of being postponed or used on alternative dates unless expressly agreed by the relevant Prize Provider.
5.20 Any attempt to sell, auction, transfer or commercially exploit the Prize may result in the Prize being cancelled.
5.21 The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from acceptance or use of the Prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 A random draw will take place on or around Tuesday, September 1 from all eligible standard entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The draw will be conducted by the Prize Providers or by a person appointed by the Prize Providers.
6.3 Each verified standard entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
6.4 The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6.5 The entrant selected in the random draw will initially be considered a “potential winner”. The selected entrant will not be declared the official winner until they have satisfied all requirements in these Official Rules.
6.6 The potential winner will be contacted through a direct message sent by the official @hollercountry Instagram account.
6.7 On behalf of the Promoter, Holler will then request the potential winner’s:
(a) full legal name;
(b) email address;
(c) telephone number;
(d) mailing address;
(e) date of birth;
(f) province or territory of residence; and
(g) evidence of identity, age, residency and entry compliance.
Holler will then communicate the requested information to the promotor who will contact the winner directly.
6.8 The potential winner must respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of the initial direct message.
6.9 Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner must:
(a) respond within the required period;
(b) correctly answer, without assistance and within the time specified by the Promoter, a mathematical skill-testing question;
(c) provide any evidence reasonably required to verify their identity, age, residency and eligibility;
(d) confirm that they and their guest are available to attend on the relevant dates;
(e) complete and return any eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity consent or prize-acceptance documentation reasonably required by the Promoter or Prize Providers; and
(f) otherwise comply with these Official Rules.
6.10 The mathematical skill-testing question may be administered by telephone, video call, email, electronic form or another method determined by the Promoter.
6.11 If the potential winner:
(a) cannot be contacted;
(b) does not respond within the required period;
(c) cannot be verified;
(d) does not provide the required information or documentation;
(e) answers the skill-testing question incorrectly;
(f) is not eligible;
(g) has not complied with these Official Rules;
(h) declines the Prize; or
(i) is unable to use the Prize on the required dates,
the potential winner will be disqualified.
6.12 If a potential winner is disqualified, the Promoter may conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries and apply the same verification process to the newly selected entrant.
6.13 The process may be repeated until an eligible winner has been verified or until the Promoter reasonably determines that there is insufficient time to award and fulfil the Prize.
6.14 The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry verification, winner selection and administration of the Competition are final, subject to applicable law.
6.15 The Promoter will never require a potential winner to:
(a) pay a fee;
(b) provide bank login information;
(c) purchase a product;
(d) provide a credit-card payment to the Promoter; or
(e) communicate with an account other than the official @hollercountry Instagram account in order to claim the Prize.
7. Claiming and Fulfilling the Prize
7.1 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
7.2 Once the potential winner has satisfied all requirements in section 6, the Promoter will confirm in writing that they have been declared the official winner.
7.3 The Promoter and Prize Providers will provide the winner with reasonable instructions regarding:
(a) receipt or collection of the concert tickets;
(b) the date, time and location of the meet-and-greet
(c) any identification, documentation or security requirements.
7.4 The winner must provide all information reasonably required to arrange and fulfil the Prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
7.5 Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in the Prize being withdrawn and awarded to another eligible entrant.
7.6 The winner is responsible for ensuring that all names and information supplied for ticketing and meet-and-greet purposes are complete and accurate.
7.7 The Promoter is not responsible for any inability to use the Prize caused by:
(a) illness or injury;
(b) travel delay or cancellation;
(c) immigration or border-entry restrictions;
(d) failure to obtain appropriate identification or travel documentation;
(e) failure to satisfy venue requirements;
(f) personal circumstances;
(g) the conduct of the winner or guest; or
(h) any other matter outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
7.8 No replacement, refund or compensation will be provided if the winner or guest is unable to attend or use the Prize for personal reasons.
8. Changes, Cancellation and Events Outside the Promoter’s Control
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, postpone or amend the Competition where it becomes reasonably necessary to do so because of:
(a) fraud or attempted fraud;
(b) technical failure;
(c) Instagram platform failure or restrictions;
(d) legal or regulatory requirements;
(e) cancellation or postponement of the concert;
(f) cancellation or unavailability of the meet-and-greet;
(g) public-health or public-safety restrictions;
(h) severe weather;
(i) labour dispute;
(j) natural disaster;
(k) acts of government; or
(l) any other circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
8.2 Any material amendment to the Competition or these Official Rules will be communicated in a reasonably prominent manner.
8.3 Where reasonably possible, the Promoter will seek to avoid unfairly prejudicing entries that were validly submitted before an amendment.
8.4 The Promoter does not guarantee that Jackson Dean's performance, the meet-and-greet or any particular concert activity will take place as originally scheduled.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, Prize Providers and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives will not be responsible or liable for:
(a) entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or incapable of verification;
(b) technical, network, software, hardware or platform failure;
(c) Instagram outages, restrictions, account suspension or changes to platform functionality;
(d) unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
(e) incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by an entrant;
(f) travel delay, cancellation or disruption;
(g) the cancellation, postponement or alteration of the concert or meet-and-greet;
(h) the acts or omissions of third-party transport, accommodation, venue or event providers; or
(i) any loss, damage, expense, injury or disappointment arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of the Prize.
9.2 Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability for:
(a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(b) wilful misconduct;
(c) negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
(d) death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
(e) any statutory, consumer or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9.3 The winner and guest participate in the concert and meet-and-greet and associated activities at their own risk, subject to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Competition Entries, Content and Publicity
10.1 The Promoter does not claim ownership of an entrant’s Instagram account, username, comment or other pre-existing content.
10.2 By entering, each entrant gives the Promoter permission to view, record and verify:
(a) their Instagram username;
(b) their follow status;
(c) their comment and tagged accounts;
(d) their Story share or submitted screenshot; and
(e) any other information reasonably necessary to verify their entry.
10.3 This permission is limited to the administration, verification and enforcement of the Competition.
10.4 Entrants must not submit comments or other content that:
(a) infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
(b) contains confidential or personal information about another person;
(c) is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening or discriminatory;
(d) contains unsolicited advertising or spam; or
(e) is otherwise inappropriate for a public social-media account.
10.5 The verified winner may be asked to consent to the publication of their:
(a) first name;
(b) last initial;
(c) city; and
(d) province or territory of residence,
for the purpose of announcing the Competition result.
10.6 Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, image, voice, interview, testimonial or other personal content for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any separate consent requested from the winner.
10.7 Entering the Competition does not constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
11.1 The Promoter will collect and use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
(a) administer the Competition;
(b) receive, verify and record entries;
(c) prevent fraud and misuse;
(d) contact and verify the potential winner;
(e) administer the skill-testing question;
(f) arrange and fulfil the Prize;
(g) communicate with the winner regarding the Prize; and
(h) comply with legal and record-keeping obligations.
11.2 Personal information collected may include:
(a) an entrant’s Instagram username and public profile information;
(b) entry comments and Story-share evidence;
(c) the potential winner’s name, contact details, date of birth and province or territory of residence;
(d) proof of age, identity or residency; and
(e) information required to arrange concert tickets and the meet-and-greet.
11.3 The winner’s information may be shared with the Prize Providers, event organisers, artist representatives and relevant service providers only where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or arrange and fulfil the Prize.
11.4 Personal information will not be added to a newsletter, mailing list or marketing database without separate consent.
11.5 Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Competition, fulfil the Prize, resolve disputes and comply with legal or record-keeping obligations.
11.6 The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Holler privacy policy.
11.7 Privacy questions or requests may be directed to heythere@holler.country.
11.8 Entrants understand that information posted publicly on Instagram is also subject to Instagram’s own privacy practices and terms.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
12.1 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
12.2 By entering the Competition, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or connected with the Competition, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12.3 Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
12.4 Any questions, comments or complaints concerning the Competition must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
12.5 Instagram is not responsible for:
(a) administering the Competition;
(b) verifying entries;
(c) selecting or contacting the winner;
(d) providing or fulfilling the Prize; or
(e) resolving any dispute relating to the Competition.
13. General
13.1 If there is reason to believe that an entrant has breached these Official Rules, the Promoter may investigate the matter and disqualify the entrant where appropriate and permitted by applicable law.
13.2 The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13.3 If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Official Rules.
13.5 The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada.
13.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Competition will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable within Quebec.
13.7 Nothing in section 14.6 removes or limits any mandatory rights or protections available to an entrant under the laws of their province or territory of residence.
13.8 The courts of the Province of Quebec will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Competition, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to an entrant.
13.9 The Competition is void where prohibited by law.
14. Short-Form Competition Disclosure
No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents worldwide who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Competition opens August 28th at 12:00am ET and closes August 31st at 11:59pm ET. Three prizes available with an approximate retail value of C$500 each. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A mathematical skill-testing question is required. Travel to and from the selected city is not included.
