Whale Rock Music & Arts Festival is back with a bang for its 2023 instalment. This year's instalment will once again benefit Templeton Music Education, and will feature blistering sets from the likes of Marcus King, The Wood Brothers and Sierra Hull.
Joining them will be Boot Juice, The Fearless Flyers, Big Richard, Cory Wong, Huntertones, Wolf Jett, Samba Loca, Mama Magnolia, Thrown Out Bones, The Nth Power Presents: Earth, Wind and Power, Próxima Parada and Ron Artis II and The Truth.

Whale Rock Music Festival will be returning to California's idyllic Paso Robles vineyards on September 16-17, with the much-loved event remaining one of the regions most celebrated alt-country extravaganzas.
The festival was set up back in 2013 by the Udsen family, to mark the 30-year anniversary of Niels and Bimmer Udsen founding Castoro Cellars at Paso Robles.
Originally named Beaverstock, Whale Rock Music & Arts Festival has maintained its close ties with the local community, with proceeds from the first ever instalment benefiting MUST! Charities, a local nonprofit aiding under-privileged children.
In total, Whale Rock Music & Arts Festival has raised over $100,000 and continues to grow each year. In 2022, Grace Potter graced the Whale Rock stage alongside The Devil Makes Three, Circles Around The Sun and more. Despite having sizeable shoes to fill, from the looks of the 2023 line-up, this year's event is shaping up to be the biggest yet.
