In a dramatic new tour recap video shared across socials, HARDY has teased his next chapter of music, promising fans that this album will contain “the best ideas I've ever had”.
The montage, consisting of clips from HARDY's hugely popular 2026 Country! Country! Tour, begins with the Mississippi native expressing his gratitude for all the fans that came out.
He gushes, “Country! Country! Tour 2026. I can't believe it's over. It's one of those tours where you look back at the start, how much we've gone through, and how hard we grinded this year. But I'm going to miss this one. You always imagine what it would be like to walk out in a place made full of people. Those people know your songs, not just your song, but every word to every f***ing song. And that is a dream that I'm living right now, and that I live in 2026. I'm extremely grateful for it”.
Then, he reveals he's been hard at work on his next record, “Can finally say I'm back in the studio. The next thing is going to be the best thing that I've ever put out, 100%”.
The ‘He Went to Jared’ singer-songwriter goes on to hint that this might be another “concept” album, “And I can confidently tell you it's the best group of songs, the best concept, the best ideas I have ever had, and it rules. I promise you that. I promise you”.
During HARDY's interview with Holler earlier this year, the country-rock maverick teased that his follow-up to Country! Country! would pivot around a singular concept.
HARDY keenly outlined, “I’m very, very, very excited about the batch of songs that are gonna be on this record. It’s extremely different, a lot of it, but still me - and I’m stoked”.
With HARDY cementing himself as one of the most versatile artists and songwriters in Nashville, we can't wait to hear what the ‘TRUCK BED’ crooner has up his sleeves. With HARDY having concluded his Country! Country! Tour, he now has time to hone and finish up the project. We imagine we'll hear more in the coming weeks...
