In a resurfaced clip, Bunnie XO pays tribute to Ella Langley, with the Dumb Blonde Podcast host underlining how much she admires the ‘Choosin’ Texas’ singer-songwriter.
This week, Langley's infectious, Lone Star State-inspired anthem reclaimed its position atop the Billboard Hot 100, securing a record-extending 25th week in the No. 1 spot.
While chatting on her Dumb Blonde Podcast, Bunnie XO turns the conversation onto Langley, gushing, “How f***ing hot is Ella Langley...It's disgusting...No, it's disgusting”.
Bunnie enthusiastically goes on, “I'm just like, God really does have favourites. But it's not just her looks, it's her voice, like, I love her voice and the way she carries herself, because she's kind of like a tomboy...She's like a really hot f***ing tomboy”.
Bunnie goes on, “She's a smart b****...Yeah, she's gangster”. What makes this all the more heartwarming is the fact that Langley saw the clip, and responded, “Definitely made me blush”.
We're not sure if Bunnie has ever crossed paths with Langley, but it's touching to see such a high-profile figure showing love to the ‘Be Her’ singer-songwriter. Especially given how, in recent weeks, Langley has received some flak from her mainstream listeners over old hunting photos that she'd posted across social media.
With another week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 under her belt and predictions of sweeping the CMA Awards in a couple of weeks’ time, there's no question that Langley is dominating the country music landscape at the moment. And rest assured, the Alabama native is showing absolutely no signs of slowing down.
