The Americana Music Association has announced the first round of acts set to perform at the 22nd AMERICANAFEST, the annual event which runs from September 13-17 in Nashville, TN.

The hub for the most exciting new artists and iconic names in Americana and Roots, the festival welcomes hundreds of different acts to perform across five days of showcases.

This year, mainstays Asleep at the Wheel, the buzzy Joshua Ray Walker, the returning Miko Marks and the empowering Black Opry Revue head up what is already a who's who of exciting acts from the genre. Alongside them, The Jerry Douglas Band, James McMurtry, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Rissi Palmer, Rob Ickes and Trey Hensley, Shemekia Copeland, Town Mountain and the Watkins Family Hour kick off what is a pretty momentous set of bookings.

General passes for the festival — which allow admission into all evening showcase venues and select special events — are now on sale for the early bird price of $125 (the price will increase to $175 on April 15).

2022 Conference + Festival Passes provide access to the daytime conferences, the evening music as well as all sanctioned special events. These are currently on sale for $349. (Price will increase to $449/$349 on April 15).
