Railbird Festival is returning once again to Lexington, Kentucky in 2024 for another bumped packed festival for country, Americana and folk fans alike.
The event is back for its fourth instalment, armed with a blockbuster line-up featuring some of the biggest names in the genres, including headliners Chris Stapleton and Noah Kahan.
The festival is taking place once again in the heart of Lexington at the Red Mile, the second oldest harness-racing track in the world. Surrounded by gaming and horse racing entertainment, the festival is situated within the heart of the grounds, with three stages presenting a variety of music and amusements.
With the festival a stone's throw away from the city centre, it's more than possible to either drive or walk from your accommodation straight into the festival grounds. While the Clarion Hotel is a little further out from the festival than our other recommendations, this family friendly stay is a suitable and affordable choice for the weekend at Railbird.
With breakfast included and a pool and hot tub situated in the building, there's plenty of opportunity to relax on a budget. With a game room and gym also set up inside, there's plenty of opportunity for fun outside of the festival.
