Via a special Blue Highway Records gift pack sent to Holler HQ, as well as hinting at a 2027 UK tour - which you can read all about here - Thomas Rhett is teasing brand new music.

Through a booklet shared with Holler, Rhett writes a series of Home Team Horoscopes, in which he playfully references old song-titles, new music and a huge 2027 run of shows.

Aside from confirming he'll be headlining shows in London, Glasgow and Manchester next Spring, Rhett drops an array of easter eggs regarding his next chapter of music.

For instance, in the Taurus section, the ‘Look What God Gave Her’ singer-songwriter teases, “You've been overthinking everything lately. Don't worry - even if the sky falls and crushes on the sidewalk, you'll find the fella holding that umbrella. A major headline alignment is coming your way”. ‘Sky Fall’ is an unreleased track that Rhett debuted on the opening night of his 2026 Soundtrack to Life Tour.

For the Libra horoscope, Rhett declares, “The stars are singing a very specific melody for you this month. It goes like this... hey, it goes like this! Pay attention to the signs around you, because you are officially closing Chapter 10 and turning a brand new page”.

Aside from being a nod to his classic hit, ‘It Goes Like This’, the phrasing of “closing Chapter 10” is a reference to his song, ‘Chapter 10’, which featured on the deluxe version of his About a Woman (Deluxe) project. Rhett released this in October 2025.

Given how that song feels largely autobiographical, and finds Rhett reminiscing on his and his wife Lauren's story so far, the idea of “closing” that chapter suggests he's ready to launch a new album rollout. The Georgia native been previewing some new music on tour, and we know he's been writing with Post Malone, too.

As a result, it undoubtedly feels like Rhett is signalling that, as well as gearing up for a major 2027 World Tour announcement, he's about to kick off a brand new album campaign. We still have hopes that he'll one day release Country Again (Side B), the long-teased sequel to 2021's Country Again (Side A), and there are also rumours about Rhett working on a gospel-leaning project. Either way, new music from the ‘What's Your Country Song’ hitmaker is always cause for celebration.
