Zac Brown Band has just delivered what's reported to be the biggest giveaway in history, with the ‘Chicken Fried’ hitmakers giving every attendee at their Fenway Park show a free Margaritaville at Sea cruise for two people. With giveaway is worth a colossal $40million, with around 35,000 fans in attendance at the show.

Brown is seemingly footing the bill out of his own pocket, with the ‘Toes’ singer-songwriter sharing, “We've got a new music venue that's on one of their cruise-ships. It's called ’Same Boat’. The hospitality on these boats is unbelievable, y'all”.

Brown jokes that even his late buddy, Jimmy Buffett, would have some qualms about what he has planned, “So, the boat launches next year. It's called The Beachcomber. And tonight we're going to do something that even Jimmy would say is crazy. I'm buying every single person here a cruise for two people on the boat. Every single person here gets a cruise for themselves and a loved one to go on the boat”.

Brown excitedly reveals that this generous gift serves as a truly historic moment, “This is the biggest giveaway in history, ladies and gentlemen, here tonight in Fenway”.

Margaritaville at Sea is launching their new Beachcomber ship in January 2027, with Zac Brown having designed the interior, which includes a dedicated Same Boat at-sea venue.

As the shots so far highlight, Brown and the design team have painstakingly pored over every detail, to ensure the space honours his own story, while paying homage, as ever, to his friend and the late Margaritaville founder, the legendary Jimmy Buffett. We can't wait to hear Brown and his fellow troubadours serenading the Margaritaville crowd with sun-soaked gems like ‘Same Boat’, ‘Toes’, ‘Knee Deep’, ‘Two Blue Chairs and You’, ‘Tie Up’, ‘Pirates & Parrots’ and more.

At each 2026 tour-stop, Zac Brown Band will be giving away four tickets to Margaritaville at Sea. But this full-venue giveaway at Fenway Park is unprecedented, and it cements the group's strong connection to the home of the Boston Red Sox.

Zac Brown Band are one of just four artists in the Fenway Park Music Hall of Fame, alongside Billy Joel, Paul McCartney and Noah Kahan. Kahan was added earlier this summer.
