Jon and Summer Pardi have announced that, after the best part of six years of marriage, they will be getting divorced. The couple have shared the news via a statement on social media.
Via Instagram, the couple explain, “After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. Our daughters will always remain our highest priority and we are committed to moving forward with love and respect as co-parents”.
They go on to thank their fans for their empathy during this difficult time, “Thank you for your understanding, support and respect as we navigate these changes as a family”.
Via Instagram Stories, Jon has outlined that he will be taking some time away from social media, and that for the foreseeable future, all posts will be uploaded by his team.
He underlines, “While I navigate this next chapter, I'm going to take some time away from social media to focus on myself and my family. Thanks to you for all the love and support. My team will handle posting for the time being. I'll see you at the shows”.
Jon and Summer first got together in 2017, before getting engaged at the Ryman in 2019. They tied the knot in 2020 at Saddle Woods Farm in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Jon and Summer share two children, Presley Fawn - who was born in February 2023 - and Sienna Grace - who was born in July 2024. They've made it clear that, as they navigate their divorce, their focus will be on looking after and co-parenting their daughters.
